Estimates
Inspections and written estimates are free within our service area. Estimates are itemized and valid for 30 days; after that, material prices are re-checked and the estimate re-issued. Estimates on insurance claims match the carrier's approved scope; upgrades you choose are itemized separately. Each estimate includes the written deductible notice required by 59 O.S. §1151.30. Nothing on this website is a binding offer; a job begins only with a signed written agreement.
Who performs the work
Work arranged through this site is performed by roofing contractors registered with the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board under the Roofing Contractor Registration Act, carrying general liability insurance of at least $500,000 (residential) or $1,000,000 (commercial) and workers' compensation. The contractor's registration number and certificate of insurance are provided in writing before work begins. See the referral disclosure.
Payment
A material deposit may be requested when materials are delivered; the balance is due on completion. On insurance claims, you are responsible for your deductible and any upgrades; we do not pay, waive or rebate deductibles. Financing is offered through third-party lenders subject to their approval and terms.
Permits, warranties and changes
Permits required by the municipality are obtained by the contractor and included in the price. Hidden conditions — rotten decking, additional layers, structural damage — are priced per the estimate's allowances and approved by you in writing before extra work proceeds. Manufacturer warranties are registered in your name; a written workmanship warranty is provided with the agreement. Photographs on this site are illustrative; see the disclaimer.
