What we collect
When you call, text, email or send the form, we collect what you give us: name, phone, email, address or ZIP, and what you told us about the roof. Calls to our number may be recorded and transcribed for quality and to make sure your request is handled; you'll hear a notice at the start of a recorded call. Our website uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and sets no advertising cookies.
How we use it
To schedule and perform inspections, write estimates, do the work, invoice, coordinate with your insurer when you ask us to, and follow up on your request. We share your details with the registered roofing contractor assigned to your job (see our referral disclosure) and, if you request financing, with the lender you choose. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for marketing beyond following up on the request you made.
Retention and your choices
We keep job records as long as the warranty and tax law require. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@brokenarrowroofworks.com; we'll do so unless a legal or warranty obligation requires us to keep it. Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time.
